:: Refunds:
No refunds of amounts in excess of one month's service fee, after 30 days from time of payment. Full refund available within 30 days of activation of new accounts.
:: Payment Terms:
Client is expected to present payment within 15 days from the first of the month. If after 30 days of the start of the month, the account is not paid in full, the account will be suspended. A fee of $5.95 will be applied upon reactivation of an account. After 30 days of suspension, the account will be terminated.
Client is expected and required to report to GrokThis.net any changes to their billing information. If payment information provided by Client is invalid, or has insufficient funds, when initially processed by GrokThis.net for two subsequent months, Client will be immediately suspended and subject to a reactivation fee of $10 or must move to a quarterly payment schedule.
:: Invoices and Account Statements
Clients on a month-to-month payment schedule may expect to receive a receipt of payment every month. Please contact support if you have not received a receipt of payment and wish to have one. Yearly account statements can be provided per request. Paper invoices are available for clients on a yearly billing cycle.
:: Account Termination
GrokThis.net reserves the right to terminate an account in accordance with it's Terms of Service and Billing Policies. When an account is terminated, GrokThis.net forgoes all responsibility for said client's data or otherwise copyrighted materials on GrokThis.net servers. GrokThis.net will routinely destroy data of terminated accounts, if not done immediately upon termination. GrokThis.net provices backup services. Backups may be kept of terminated accounts as a technical and practial limitation of the backup system, no effort will be made to backup or maintain backups for terminated accounts.
:: Uptime Guarantee
GrokThis.net offers a 99.95% uptime guarantee. If services for a user are not available for at least 99.95% of the month, the client may request a refund up to 25% of their monthly hosting fee. The 99.95% uptime guarantee applies to actual server downtime and network failures, it does not apply to software failures affecting individual clients. The uptime guarantee does not apply to scheduled maintenance.
